Informaci\u00f3n General del Servicio<\/strong>
\nItsy Bitsy Paw LLC offers mobile dog gym services in the following areas: San Jos\u00e9, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Los Gatos, and Palo Alto in California. Services outside these areas may be subject to additional fees based on distance.
\nReservas y Pagos<\/strong>
\nPayment Process \u2013 Payment must be completed by 2:00 PM on the day before the scheduled session. We accept debit and credit cards via Square Payment. Venmo and Zelle are not accepted.
\nAppointment Confirmation \u2013 A confirmation message will be sent at 8:00 AM the day before your session. The appointment will be considered confirmed unless you notify us otherwise.
\nPol\u00edtica de Cancelaciones<\/strong>
\nNo-Cost Cancellations \u2013 Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
\nCancellations with Penalty \u2013 Cancellations made between 6:00 PM the day before the session and up to 2 hours prior will incur a $15 fee.
\nLast-Minute Cancellations \u2013 Cancellations made with less than 2 hours\u2019 notice, or no-shows, will be charged the full session cost.
\nRequisitos para el Servicio<\/strong>
\nPet Requirements \u2013 All pets must be at least 4 months old, current on vaccinations, and free of fleas and ticks. A valid vaccination certificate is required for the first session.
\nSpace Conditions \u2013 The client must provide a flat, safe area with a minimum parking clearance of 9\u20198\u2033 in height to accommodate our mobile gym. The surface must be level and free of obstacles.
\nWeather Restrictions \u2013 Itsy Bitsy Paw LLC operates in most weather conditions, including extreme high and low temperatures. However, services will be temporarily suspended when local authorities issue official alerts or warnings for dangerous conditions such as severe thunderstorms, flood warnings, hazardous winds exceeding 40 mph, snow or ice that compromise safety, or dense fog that significantly reduces visibility.
\nOur priority is to ensure the safety of your pet and our team; therefore, we strictly follow the recommendations of meteorological and public safety authorities.
\nCommunication \u2013 Our primary means of communication are text messaging and email. We aim to respond within a maximum of 8 hours. For veterinary emergencies, please call 911 or go to the nearest veterinary clinic, as we do not provide veterinary services.
\nNormas de Seguridad<\/strong>
\nDuring the Session \u2013 Pet owners are not permitted inside the mobile gym during training, except when expressly requested by our staff. Doors will remain open when weather conditions permit.
\nPets with Special Behavior \u2013 We reserve the right to close the gym doors or modify the service for pets with a history of aggression, anxiety, or unpredictable temperament, prioritizing the safety of everyone involved.
\nResponsabilidades del Cliente<\/strong>
\nTruthful Information \u2013 The client must provide complete and accurate information about their pet\u2019s behavior, special needs, and medical conditions.
\nLiability for Damages \u2013 The client is responsible for any damage caused by their pet during pickup, transport, or the session, including damage to property, people, or other animals.
\nMedical Expenses \u2013 In the event of a medical emergency involving the pet, we will seek immediate veterinary care. All veterinary costs are the sole responsibility of the client.
\nServicios Proporcionados<\/strong>
\nItsy Bitsy Paw LLC is not responsible for injuries, losses, escapes, or incidents that may occur during the service, except in cases of proven negligence by our staff.
\nPersonal Calificado<\/strong>
\nOur staff are properly identified, trained, and have passed background checks. However, due to the unpredictable nature of animals, we cannot guarantee specific results.
\nUso de Im\u00e1genes<\/strong>
\nBy contracting our services, the client authorizes the use of photographs and videos of their pet for promotional purposes on our website and social media, unless they provide written objection prior to the service.
\nDerecho de Admisi\u00f3n<\/strong>
\nItsy Bitsy Paw LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel services at any time if we determine that we are not the appropriate service for a specific pet, always prioritizing the safety and well-being of everyone involved.

\nThese terms may only be modified by written agreement between both parties. The most recent version will be available on our website.<\/p>\n
