Itsy Bitsy Paw LLC offers mobile dog gym services in the following areas: San José, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Los Gatos, and Palo Alto in California. Services outside these areas may be subject to additional fees based on distance.
Reservas y Pagos
Payment Process – Payment must be completed by 2:00 PM on the day before the scheduled session. We accept debit and credit cards via Square Payment. Venmo and Zelle are not accepted.
Appointment Confirmation – A confirmation message will be sent at 8:00 AM the day before your session. The appointment will be considered confirmed unless you notify us otherwise.
Política de Cancelaciones
No-Cost Cancellations – Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations with Penalty – Cancellations made between 6:00 PM the day before the session and up to 2 hours prior will incur a $15 fee.
Last-Minute Cancellations – Cancellations made with less than 2 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will be charged the full session cost.
Requisitos para el Servicio
Pet Requirements – All pets must be at least 4 months old, current on vaccinations, and free of fleas and ticks. A valid vaccination certificate is required for the first session.
Space Conditions – The client must provide a flat, safe area with a minimum parking clearance of 9’8″ in height to accommodate our mobile gym. The surface must be level and free of obstacles.
Weather Restrictions – Itsy Bitsy Paw LLC operates in most weather conditions, including extreme high and low temperatures. However, services will be temporarily suspended when local authorities issue official alerts or warnings for dangerous conditions such as severe thunderstorms, flood warnings, hazardous winds exceeding 40 mph, snow or ice that compromise safety, or dense fog that significantly reduces visibility.
Our priority is to ensure the safety of your pet and our team; therefore, we strictly follow the recommendations of meteorological and public safety authorities.
Communication – Our primary means of communication are text messaging and email. We aim to respond within a maximum of 8 hours. For veterinary emergencies, please call 911 or go to the nearest veterinary clinic, as we do not provide veterinary services.
Normas de Seguridad
During the Session – Pet owners are not permitted inside the mobile gym during training, except when expressly requested by our staff. Doors will remain open when weather conditions permit.
Pets with Special Behavior – We reserve the right to close the gym doors or modify the service for pets with a history of aggression, anxiety, or unpredictable temperament, prioritizing the safety of everyone involved.
Responsabilidades del Cliente
Truthful Information – The client must provide complete and accurate information about their pet’s behavior, special needs, and medical conditions.
Liability for Damages – The client is responsible for any damage caused by their pet during pickup, transport, or the session, including damage to property, people, or other animals.
Medical Expenses – In the event of a medical emergency involving the pet, we will seek immediate veterinary care. All veterinary costs are the sole responsibility of the client.
Servicios Proporcionados
Itsy Bitsy Paw LLC is not responsible for injuries, losses, escapes, or incidents that may occur during the service, except in cases of proven negligence by our staff.
Personal Calificado
Our staff are properly identified, trained, and have passed background checks. However, due to the unpredictable nature of animals, we cannot guarantee specific results.
Uso de Imágenes
By contracting our services, the client authorizes the use of photographs and videos of their pet for promotional purposes on our website and social media, unless they provide written objection prior to the service.
Derecho de Admisión
Itsy Bitsy Paw LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel services at any time if we determine that we are not the appropriate service for a specific pet, always prioritizing the safety and well-being of everyone involved.
Modificaciones
These terms may only be modified by written agreement between both parties. The most recent version will be available on our website.
